Policies & Procedures

-Child care will begin on a two-week trial period and the following terms and conditions will be required for full and part time care. After the trial period, one week notice must be given by parent or provider in writing if either wishes to terminate care

Registration:

-All paperwork must be completed and turned in prior to starting care. Payment of two weeks in advance is required to begin services or to hold a space for your child. Pre-payment for first week of service and second week is initial deposit which is applicable for the last week of care when given appropriate notice. Spaces will not be held longer than a two-week period.

Payments:

Payment is due on Monday of each week paying one week in advance. Payments not received by Tuesday, 6pm will result in cancellation of your child's care until payment is made. Receipts will always be provided for your records. You'll be given a 30-day notice in writing of any changes in rates and/or policies.
